SRI LANKA | PATH TO TRINCOMALEE

An escape to experience nature’s best, the Path to Trincomalee acquaints you with Sri Lanka’s wildlife, its beautiful seascapes as well as its historic towns. The journey begins with a unique experience in an eco lodge in Gal Oya. Remote, natural and serene, your stay will acquaint you with the one of the best kept secrets of Sri Lanka where spotting elephants, swimming in waterfall pools and hiking through jungles could be part of your day. The journey continues northwards to the Cultural Triangle, with Sigiriya as our base, to expand our understanding about Sri Lanka’s deep-rooted history as we walk amongst the ancient ruins and temples. We take on a different element next, water, by exploring the sandy shores of Trincomalee, where we can board a whale-watching cruise to observe those majestic mammals in their natual environs. Having explored the coastlines, gone on wilderness game drives and walked on ruins, we return to Colombo to visit the capital before the journey concludes.
