From Phnom Penh, the bustling capital with a blossoming dining and nightlife scene, we take you to what lies beyond. Siem Reap, made famous for its ancient temple sites, also draws you in with a quaint local culture, cosy cafés and narrow streets. An afternoon drive's away is the stunning Shinta Mani Wild, nestled on the edge of the Cardamom National Park. Here, the opulent tented suites will pamper you, while experiences like a motobike ride with an armed park guard keep you connected to environment. CAMBODIA EXPERIENCES

Loosely translated as "Citadel of Women", the site houses some of the finest and best-preserved examples of classical Khmer bas-relief. Trace walls densely covered with some of the most beautiful and intricate carvings of any Angkorian temple.

One of the daily jobs of a ranger here is to seize snares laid out by poachers, which can kill almost any animal, including young elephants. Join the rangers on motorbike and get insight into the day in their life.

Taste local delights like Mi Char (fried noodle), Sach kor ang (BBQ beef with papaya salad), noodle soups and small traditional snacks. And that is just our first stop. We move onto sample Banh Srung and a sweet local dessert. All to get a taste of the diverse local cuisine.

Set out at nightfall when a truly magical event takes place. Hundreds of tiny bioluminescent phytoplankton rise in the warm water and are illuminated like a starry sky as we move through them.
